Discipline isn’t about obsessively doing everything perfectly.
It’s about building trust with yourself stacking small wins until they feel like identity.

To convert an NFT to a tech pack, you need to use the NFT's visual assets and description to create a comprehensive technical document that outlines the specifications for manufacturing a physical product. This involves taking the digital design and translating it into a set of instructions that includes technical sketches, measurements, material choices, colour ways, and a bill of materials.

1. Start with a detailed sketch. Create a technical sketch that shows the garment's front, back, and any specific features from multiple angles.
The sketch should be a clear, flat drawing, not the original NFT artwork, showing the lines and structure of the physical product.

2. Specify measurements Use the sketch to create a measurement chart, including key points and dimensions for each size (e.g., neck, chest, length, sleeve length).
Include grading rules for how measurements change between sizes.

3. Detail materials and colour ways. Identify the specific fabric type, weight, and composition that would be used to create the physical item.Create a colour way sheet with samples of the exact colors and prints that will be used, referencing the original NFT's design.

4. Add construction and finishing instructions. Describe how the garment should be constructed, including seam types, stitch details, and any special construction techniques.
Specify the types of trims needed, such as zippers, buttons, or labels, and where they should be placed.

5. Compile the Bill of Materials (BOM). Create a list of all the materials and components required, including fabric, thread, zippers, buttons, and labels, along with their quantities.

6. Include other necessary information. Add care instructions for the final product.
Include a branding sheet with details on logos, tags, and packaging.
Consider adding a cost sheet to outline the estimated cost per unit.
